Every year comes with its own set of challenges, quiet victories, late nights, lessons learned the hard way, and moments we don’t always pause long enough to celebrate. Majlis Apresiasi 2025 was our moment to finally pause and say thank you.
Held on 8 January 2026 at Le Tales, One City Subang Jaya, the evening brought together the teams of Tertib Publishing and Faith Events under a beautiful Arabian-themed celebration. A night filled with warmth, laughter, recognition, and sincere appreciation for everyone’s hard work throughout 2025.
A Day of Togetherness
From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere felt different. Relaxed, joyful, and full of familiar faces. It wasn’t just a formal event. It was a gathering of people who had journeyed through the year together.
Colleagues became friends. Teams became family.
The Arabian-inspired decor added a festive charm to the evening, setting the tone for what the night truly represented— unity, elegance, and gratitude.
Celebrating Wins – Big and Small
One of the most anticipated parts of the day was, of course, the lucky draw sessions. Cheers filled the room as names were called and smiles widened with every announcement. To the lucky draw winners, congratulations. May your good fortune continue to flourish throughout 2026.
And because no celebration is complete without a little fun and flair, we spiced up the day with a Best-Dressed competition. Staying true to the theme, two individuals were selected to take home this award.
Each award, big or small, carried the same message: your effort is seen.
Honouring Dedication and Excellence
Beyond the excitement of prizes, Majlis Apresiasi is ultimately about recognising commitment, consistency, and heart. This year, we proudly celebrated individuals who went above and beyond in their roles.
We proudly celebrated our “Rising Star” — the one who has been working at Faith Events and Tertib Publishing for less than a year, but has shown tremendous potential.
We also took the time to honour those who received the “Excellent Service Award” for both Tertib Publishing and Faith Events. Years of tireless dedication never go unnoticed. We see you and your hard work, and for that, we thank you.
One of the most meaningful moments of the day was the Umrah Sponsorship. This sponsorship is awarded to team members who have served the company with long-standing commitment and sincerity. Just as our CEO, Encik Khairul Amar, has always dreamed of sending and sponsoring every staff member to perform their umrah, this award marks a small yet meaningful step towards that vision. Slowly, but surely.
These awards were a powerful reminder that appreciation isn’t only about materials. Sometimes, it’s spiritual, deeply personal, and life-changing.
