Is there a discount for bulk purchase?

Yes, we do have bulk discounts especially for our resellers with purchase of 10 units and above.

How do I make payment?

Once you are ready to check out, you can pay securely via

  • senangPay online payment gateway, which accepts VISA, Mastercard, and FPX; or
  • Stripe, which accepts all major credit/debit card; or
  • PayPal, which accepts all major credit/debit card and payment from PayPal account.

Order will be processed and sent for delivery within a week after the payment has been verified.

* Payment must be completed within 24 hours; otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries.

Local delivery within Malaysia is done via Pos Laju, and international delivery is done via DHL.

How do I track my orders?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email, together with a tracking number.

You can track your order at the PosLaju Track & Trace or the DHL Track & Trace page.

Please note that it may take a while for the status to be updated.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation and refund are not allowed.

However, you may modify your order, totalling the same amount or more, by emailing info@tertib.press by 10 AM on the next working day from your purchase.

What is your return policy?

We will accept the return for exchange of defective items, subject to the followings:

  1. All items must be in their original packaging, with a copy of the invoice/packing slip included.
  2. All returns must be made within 15 calendar days of the date the order was delivered to the delivery address specified on the order. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.
  3. Shipping and handling costs of the returned item will be born by the customer.

Exchanges will be shipped within 2 working days after the return has been processed and the defect has been verified. If the item is out of stock, you may choose another item of the same value or request for a refund. Refund for defective items will take 3-5 working days to complete. The service charge will be deducted from the amount for the payment gateway transaction fee:

  • 1.5% for payment via senangPay FPX
  • 2.5% for payment via senangPay credit/debit card
  • 3% + RM1.00 for payment via Stripe
  • 3.9% + RM4.00 for payment via PayPal within Malaysia
  • 4.4% + USD0.30 for payment via PayPal outside Malaysia
